30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at hello@sentiobellus.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]".
Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Step 3: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital products or downloadable items

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@sentiobellus.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
